Do we have to pay in advance?
Yes, there’s an online payment option (follow this link for the updated webpage), send directly to Mobile Money or pay cash at our other events. Early sign-ups tell us if we can go ahead or if we’ll have to cancel. It’s one of the simplest ways to support what we do and make sure the event keeps happening.

What is the location?
Place100 Park, North Ridge. You can find the location on Google Maps.
What if I can’t come and I have already bought a ticket?
You will not be refunded however it is possible to can sell or give your ticket to someone else.
If it’s possible to buy a ticket and sell my own products/foods/drinks?
No, everyone brings something to the table and the food and drinks are meant to be shared for free.
What is de event is cancelled because of circumstances?
If we have to cancel due low sign ups, you will be refunded. If it rains, your ticket will be refunded.
Can I come even if I have never attended Language Café events before?
Yes, everyone who has been to one of our programs before or is interested in our organization can join us. You will see a mix of Ghanaians and internationals, from newcomers to long-timers. It’s a great way to meet new people in Accra.
Is there a special program?
There’s no program, just eating, playing games, dancing and optional doing the activities in the park.
Are kids allowed?
Kids are allowed and you can bring them for free. Let them enjoy the greenery and nice vibes.
What to bring?
Bring a meal/snacks or drinks to share, a picnic blanket, games, sport items, music speakers. We all contribute to make this edition a success again!
