The first break of this school year is around the corner for the kids in Accra. Here are some activities and events you can do with them during this period.
Let’s make chocolate!
First of this list is our own Cocoa Farm to Chocolate Factory tour on Tuesday 18 October (possibly also on Wednesday and Thursday of this week).
You (and your family!) will learn about the history of cocoa in Ghana, take a look at the chocolate factory and make your own chocolate bar! The tour is included transportation and meals.
Water Park in Accra
The Splash & Play Water Park in Airport Residential Area is open during the mid break term.
Trampoline and bowling fun for kids
Get yourself ready for jumping and bowling at Bliss Entertainment. There’s also a kids’ playground, climbing wall for older kids and more!
Ghana Food Festival
If your kid(s) like(s) food, this is something to check out! Happening on Saturday 22 October at the Efua Sutherland Park.
Children book club
Does you kid love to read? Or do you want them to love reading more? Talk to Booksie! They offer different kind of activities such as a reading club, story time sessions with authors and a reading camp.
