This is the number one trip you have to make while in Ghana, and we made it affordable and convenient for you. Join our day trip on Sunday February 4. Together with a group of maximum 9 other travellers and our travel host, you will visit Cape Coast and Kakum.
You will leave Accra early in the morning, to be on time for the first activity: a walking tour through the center of Cape Coast. You will learn about the buildings, the food, the people, the roads and the streets. Before you leave to the Castle you will climb to another fort that gives you an amazing view over Cape Coast.
At the Castle you will learn everything about the horrible history that took place there. You will visit the dungeons, visit the different chambers and of course… go through the door of no return.
This tour will leave you speechless, so after the tour you will relax at the lunch spot before you move to the next destination.
After lunch is time to drive to Kakum National Park and challenge yourself at the high bridges. You will literally walk on top of the jungle. This is an incredible view. While walking to the bridges, you might be able to get some coconut to refresh yourself.
Then it’s time to drive back to Accra. You had a great day with maximum 9 other travellers and our travel host. Good food, important tours and discussions, and lots of fun at the national park. You can’t miss this day trip!
